La Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP) oficializó este martes la obligación de comercios, profesionales, centros de salud, culturales o de entretenimiento de aceptar la tarjeta de débito para sus operaciones, en un proceso que comenzará en abril y finalizará en diciembre próximo.
Se trata de la resolución general 3997-E publicada en el Boletín Oficial, que detalla el cronograma de implementación de la medida.
La resolución da cuenta que a partir del 30 de abril próximo, todos los comercios, mayoristas o minoristas, hoteles y restaurantes, con ingresos mayores o iguales a $4 millones facturados en el período fiscal 2015, deberán contar con el oakley outlet sistema POS para facturar sus operaciones con tarjeta de débito.
Quienes hayan facturado entre $1 millón y $4 millones, lo deberán hacer a partir de mayo, y los que registraron montos menores, a partir del 30 de junio.
Los profesionales, centros de salud, de cultura, deportes y de entretenimientos, tendrán que usar el sistema POS a partir del 31 de julio en los casos que la facturación haya superado los $4 millones en el período fiscal 2015.
En tanto, a partir del 31 de agosto comenzará a correr el plazo para quienes facturaron entre $1 millón y $4 millones, y el 30 de septiembre para los que facturaron menos de un $1 millón.
El resto de los contribuyentes, siempre con la escala de ingresos mencionada, deberán utilizar el sistema POS a partir del 31 de octubre, 30 de noviembre, y 31 de diciembre, respectivamente.
